This product is a quality rust and maintenance-free back-plated gudgeon. The 50 x 110 x 6mm backplate gives a sturdy advantage for heavier gates. This product has an adjustable 16mm pin to compensate for those columns and posts that are not vertically plumb. The ideal installation is a fixed pin for the bottom hinge and an adjustable pin for the top hinge.
These are paired great with our 16mm aluminium hinge blocks.
